Day Camp

Whole days outside at Camp Lee for kids from Pre-K through 8th grade, in the summer and on school breaks.

Every camp is open to every kid in the community, whether or not your family goes to church at Anniston First. Bring their friends, and the neighbors’ kids too.

A day at camp

382 acres, and most of it is fair game.

Camp Lee has a pool with Red Cross–certified lifeguards, canoes and kayaks, a climbing wall, a water zip line, gaga pits, a disc golf course and more than a mile of wooded trail. Which of those each camp uses depends on your child’s age and the weather that week.

Camp staff

The people who spend the day with your kids.

Day camp is run by Camp Lee’s own staff. The pool is watched by lifeguards certified by the American Red Cross, and the people running the climbing wall are certified through an ACCT-accredited vendor.

Camp Lee is a ministry of Anniston First United Methodist Church, and the day has faith woven into it: a Bible lesson every day in the summer, and a staff that prays together.

If you’d like to know who will be with your child, call the camp office and ask. We’re glad to tell you.
